Olivia had the opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by the owner and entrepreneur of a coffee shop in her hometown for 3 years. She observed the process of building a brand and navigating the everyday struggles of a new business first hand. It was there that her passion to deliver quality began and her work ethic was established. On campus, she is involved in the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity and the International Business Organization. This summer she spent the month of May in Western Europe studying with an emphasis on supply chain management and financial institutions. She experienced these fields in a working, learning, and problem-solving context to gain a thorough understanding of careers abroad. Olivia is planning to become CPA certified and continue her education through a master's degree after graduation.
