Maggie holds experience in wide range of supply chain areas, including supplier relations, lead time, inventory management, and order recommits. After her sophomore year, she interned at Rea Magnet Wire, the nation’s leading manufacturer of magnet wire. At Rea, Maggie tracked sale orders and delivery trends at an underperforming plant, creating recommendations to improve communication, safety stock measurements, and ERP management. In Summer 2019, she interned in the central manufacturing team with the supply chain management organization at Cisco Systems, Inc. Here, Maggie dove into an analysis on buy-down and E&O liability exposures, discovering cost savings of over $80,000 per quarter. She also created a “playbook” for DF sites to utilize when creating order recommits in order to increase consistency and accuracy in deciding push-back days.
Maggie will be graduating in May 2020 with a degree in Supply Chain Management. On campus, she is a Resident Assistant, an Academic Scholars Program member, a teaching assistant for honors business communication classes, and a member of the Supply Chain Management Association.
Outside of school, she enjoys watching sports, reading, and traveling. Maggie joined Spectrum Consulting Group in the fall of 2018. She is always seeking opportunities to expand her network, challenge herself, and explore new places and ideas.
