Ethan’s background includes nine months of experience in investment banking, where he gained valuable insight into financial analysis, advisory, and strategy. During his time, he provided valuation and advisory services for companies ranging in size from $30MM to $300MM in enterprise value that were involved in M&A transactions, capital raises, or strategic alternatives reviews. Additionally, he conducted financial planning & analysis work for several clients to streamline company operations and improve management visibility. These experiences have honed his ability to analyze businesses and identify areas for improvement and value creation. Since arriving at Michigan State University, Ethan has also spent the past three years conducting research in the management department of the Eli Broad College of Business.
Ethan is in his second year with Spectrum Consulting Group. He has previously held roles as a business analyst, consultant, and group manager for the company.
