Conor is dual-enrolled as an undergraduate and graduate student in the MSU Eli Broad College of Business. He is pursing both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Master of Science degree in Marketing Research. He is a member of the Honors College and is employed as a Graduate Faculty Research Assistant in the Broad College Department of Marketing.
Conor holds experience in consulting, marketing coordination, marketing research, and web design.
Interning at Herman Miller, he managed the global distribution of digital brand assets to facilitate the execution of new product launch strategies. Conor also completed a team-based, open-ended research project examining the customer experience of Herman Miller's product warranty service. This research resulted in several recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency, which were presented to senior management and are under review for implementation.
As a communications intern in the Strategic Initiatives office of MSU’s Infrastructure Planning and Development (IPF) unit, he has assisted with development and launch of IPF’s new website in a user experience (UX) design and project coordination capacity.
